Di Antonio’s Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Orders received before 2 p.m. on business days will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 2 p.m. on business days and those received on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order within these timeframes, we will send it as soon as possible.

*Rates and services include deliveries to Rural areas but do not include weekend delivery
*All shipments will be sent Signature Required. We will not accept liability for any delivery arrangements made by you outside of this requirement.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Delivery information, by way of a tracking link, will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly on customerservice@diantonio.co.nz . Please save all packaging material and the damaged goods.
